Bud Boughton to Kick-Off Mutual Savings Bank Senior Management Retreat

On May 22^nd, Bud Boughton will be giving the opening keynote address as he kicks off Mutual Savings Bank’s Senior Management Retreat at Camp Allendale.  Coming off a record year of earnings and excellent growth of assets and deposits in 2018, President and CEO, Dave Coffey, decided he wanted to have Bud open up the one day event with his management team.  Bud will focus his comments on the changing role of leadership in today’s multi-generational work environment and how organizations can create a culture where the ‘employee experience’ becomes every bit as important as the ‘customer experience.’
